Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced individual to help manage new and existing projects to make sure they are running smoothly. This is a new role in this team, so you will be in charge of working with the Head of Development and Head of Creative to help shape how this will be implemented into the team.

You will also need to be comfortable working with other teams to collaborate on projects and campaigns that span multiple services.

Salary: £35K – £40K

Hours and location

This is a full-time, permanent position. We offer hybrid working which includes 2 days working from home per week, and we also offer flexible hours when working in our Leeds-based office. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new clients who have come to Flaunt Digital for the first time for a design and development project. You’ll attend regular meetings and respond promptly to communications via email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Managing expectations, ensuring consistent client engagement and satisfaction through proactive support and clear, timely updates. Maintaining and strengthening client relationships throughout and following the project.
  • Work closely with internal development, design, and creative teams to understand client requirements, identify opportunities for strategic growth, and deliver high-quality solutions that provide measurable value and long-term account development.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for day-to-day client queries, resolving routine questions and requests efficiently to reduce pressure on delivery teams and maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to carry out thorough internal reviews and testing of deliverables before client submission. Provide constructive feedback to ensure outputs align with client expectations, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
  • Lead the development of detailed project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans. Monitor progress against schedules, manage risks, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of current workflows across design and development teams. Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, work with teams and the board to implement scalable, commercially viable enhancements that improve productivity, reduce turnaround times, and streamline delivery processes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience with WordPress & Shopify to answer simple client questions. 
  • Excellent communication skills on calls and through email / Slack.
  • Be able to brief in tasks to team members accurately, including creating comprehensive and understandable tickets in task management systems.
  • Project management skills, including time management, resource allocation, managing client expectations, relaying constructive feedback to teams, taking client feedback and forming into actionable tasks.
  • Experience with project management tools (such as Active Collab, Jira, or similar).
  • Google Suite experience (or Microsoft Office).
Nice to Haves (not Essential)

Experience working with Shopify or React

Development and Progression
  • Experience working in an agency.
  • Although we don’t use SCRUM in our workflow, it would be a good skill to have knowledge of.
  • Experience with our typical development stack,  eg. PHP, JS, HTML, CSS
  • Experience in a design capacity.
