the role.
About Flaunt Digital
We’re a Leeds-based agency that’s grown quickly over the past nine years. We pride ourselves on the people who work here. We’re all experts in what we do and are dedicated to driving significant results for our clients. Our company culture is paramount, and we pride ourselves on the environment that has been built for our team to do their best work.
As a certified B Corp, we practice what we preach – business as a force for good and putting our people first. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment where all voices are valued and heard.
Position Overview
Content is a growing part of Flaunt Digital, and our seasoned team of three needs an experienced writer to join the crew and hit the ground running. You’ll report to our Senior Content Team lead and work alongside our Content Operations Manager and Content Executive, producing content for all sorts of clients. We have roughly a 50-50 B2B/B2C split, so from fashion e-commerce to tech consultancy, you’ll be interviewing clients, understanding their needs, and plying your creative eye to develop fresh, new ways for them to grow through content.
We‘re looking for someone who loves working in content and has already succeeded in a writing role but is now looking for a new challenge. That’s because we do content quite differently from other agencies. We don’t hide our experts away in the writer’s room – you’ll get to know your clients, consult with them, interview them, and produce better content as a result. Every member of the content team is trained in data analysis and reporting so they can understand the effects of their efforts and identify new opportunities. And we give people the freedom to explore – client work, agency proposition, career development; if you want it, it’s yours to own.
If you want the chance to upskill beyond pure writing, get more exposure to clients and data, enjoy a clearer and more equitable approach to progression, and experience a kind and positive working environment and culture, this role is for you.
