Content Marketing Executive
The role
About Flaunt Digital
We’re a Leeds-based agency that’s grown quickly over the past nine years. We pride ourselves on the people who work here. We’re all experts in what we do and are dedicated to driving significant results for our clients. Our company culture is paramount, and we pride ourselves on the environment that has been built for our team to do their best work.
As a certified B Corp, we practice what we preach – business as a force for good and putting our people first. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment where all voices are valued and heard.
Position Overview
Content is a growing part of Flaunt Digital, and we’re looking for an experienced writer who can hit the ground running. You’ll join our Content team of three and work closely with our Content Operations and Team Manager, Content Lead, and Senior Content Executive to produce high-quality content across a broad mix of B2B and B2C clients, from fashion e-commerce to tech consultancy. That means interviewing clients, understanding their needs, and applying your creative eye to develop new ways for them to grow through content.
The search landscape is changing fast, with AI, shifting discovery behaviours, and multi-channel journeys reshaping how brands earn visibility. We’re adapting and leading in this space, expanding our organic offering beyond traditional SEO into a broader, integrated approach to content and discovery. We also do content differently from most agencies: you’ll work directly with clients, be trained in data analysis and reporting, and be encouraged to shape new ideas, new processes, and your own development.
As a Content Marketing Executive, you’ll help deliver content that blends SEO and creative storytelling, crafting stories that resonate with both audiences and algorithms across multiple platforms, including Google, AI Search, and discovery channels. You’ll work as part of a wider SEO team , closely with our PR, Technical SEO, Organic Social, Paid and Creative teams to align our efforts and drive client success, building content plans that drive engagement and performance across platforms. If you want to grow beyond pure writing, gain deeper exposure to clients and data, and work in a supportive, collaborative environment with transparent and fair progression, this role is for you.
