Our approach to
AI at Flaunt

Our people bring the expertise and own the outcome, while AI supports the process.

Our Position

Technology alone has never created great work.

Our clients choose Flaunt because of our people, our thinking and our ability to solve complex challenges. AI strengthens those capabilities by helping us work more efficiently, uncover deeper insights and spend more time where human expertise makes the greatest difference.

We believe AI should improve outcomes, not simply increase output.

Every piece of work we deliver combines the speed and capability of AI with the creativity, experience and judgement of our people.

That’s why every deliverable remains under human ownership, human review and human accountability.

Flaunt began experimenting with AI and natural language processing in 2020.It has since become embedded across our processes, services and proprietary technology.

Better outcomes, not just more output

AI is embedded across our processes, services and technology because it helps us deliver better work, make better decisions and create greater value.

It can make delivery more efficient and consistent, giving our people more space to focus on the judgement, strategy and specialist expertise that drive meaningful results. Increased capacity can be valuable, but volume alone is not the goal. We use AI when it genuinely improves the outcome.

AI supports the work, but our experts own the outcome

AI can help us research, analyse, create, build, test and optimise, and it may sometimes begin the process. It does not replace the expertise required to decide what matters or what should happen next.

Every deliverable has a human owner responsible for reviewing and refining the work, applying professional judgement and approving the final outcome. Where AI’s involvement is relevant, we are transparent about how it has supported the work.

Trust comes before convenience

Protecting client, company and personal information is fundamental to how we work.

We use approved tools and company accounts, share only the minimum information required and anonymise sensitive data wherever possible. We follow our data protection policies, applicable legislation and any client-specific confidentiality or security requirements.

Protecting information will always take priority over speed or convenience.

Tools should solve real problems, not follow trends

We build or adopt technology because it solves a genuine client or delivery problem, not simply because it is new or widely discussed.

Technology only creates value when it is supported by operating discipline: clear processes, shared standards, strong data practices, human review and consistent quality assurance. New tools are assessed for security, privacy, reliability, suitability, business value and wider impact before they are used with company or client information.

Test, learn and know when to stop

Responsible experimentation means testing honestly, learning quickly and sharing what we discover.
We measure the value of new tools and approaches, learn from both successful and unsuccessful experiments and remain willing to adapt or stop when something does not work or a better solution already exists.

As technology evolves, we will continue developing our skills and reviewing our approach while maintaining our commitment to expertise, quality, security and accountability.
